The International Leadership and Management Program is a school-based practitioner program, designed to impact both directly and indirectly on improved student learning in your school. By participating, you will develop your leadership capacity through a blended learning approach that includes residential, online and experiential learning. Three hugely experienced organizations – the European Council of International Schools, Fieldwork Education and the National Association of Head Teachers – have been working together to bring a fresh, blended learning approach to the professional development of all of those working in senior positions in international schools.
